Undertake Human Factors work, to support any site-based HF safety related activities, including:

• Write HFIPs (work stream specific)
• Update the Issues Registers
• HF attendance / reports to show Hazard Identification (Hazid)
• HF Support to the identification of Human Based Safety Claims (HBSCs)
• Asses Safety Actions (SAs) - Operators Claim in the safety case
• HF Screening for detailed assessments
• Detailed Human Error - DHEA Reports
• Detailed Error DHEA Report

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attriubtes:

• Proven experience of human factors in nuclear safety cases
• Proven experience of Hazard ID
• Proven experience working safety case teams and fault schedules
• Proven experience of Design Basis Assessments (DBA), and probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA)
• Proven understanding of nuclear site licensing conditions - SAPs & TAGs
