HRIS Reporting Professional; Fulwood; 3 month contract; £20.50ph LTD

We are currently recruiting a HRIS reporting professional on behalf of our client BAE Systems, to be based at their Fulwood site.
The post holder will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and distribution of HR Reports, through the end to end processing of work tickets as well as supporting the production of monthly reporting services to the business. You will proactively seek the resolution of queries relating to a range of key HR Information Services including System Administration and be responsible for managing a high volume of work to agreed service level specifications whilst seeking continuous improvement of business processes.

Responsibilities

Construct and maintain intuitive reports and dashboards to allow users in the business to accurately visualise and interpret data in the HR System (SuccessFactors) allowing appropriate business decisions to be made

Test existing reports following any enhancements in system functionality (e.g. SuccessFactors quarterly releases) to ensure that all areas work as expected, thus providing users with continuous access to HR data

Maintain reports pertaining to bulk uploads, ensuring that the team ultimately responsible for these can continue to retrieve relevant data from the system after any system enhancements have been applied

Issue of invitations to participate in the monthly Customer Satisfaction surveys and to collate and present results from these

Review and respond to customer queries to help the customer develop their business requirements

Achieving individual and team quantity and quality performance measures

Provide training and support to other team members for your area of expertise to increase knowledge levels and help create a multi-skilled team

Creating and improving business processes within the HR Information Services team

Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all customer groups, including External Businesses, HR groups, Stakeholders and Internal colleagues

Essential Skills required :
Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Excel at an advanced level
Familiarity with relational databases
Ability to work at a fast pace, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Prepared to work flexibly and support team members

Desirable skills :
Knowledge and understanding of VBA and SQL
Experience of working with SuccessFactors is an advantage
Experience of working in a multi-skilled environment
Experience of Process Improvement
Experience of training others.
