HR Systems Analyst - Workday, Data, Configuration, EMEA

My client is activly looking for an Analyst to be responsible for the configuration activites of new functionality and enhancements within the HRIS environment and managing key stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Liaise and lead interactive discussions regarding requirements with key stakeholders to understand their technology needs
  • Support release management activites as needed, including platform optimixation/new functionality adoption analysis
  • Working with the Head Of Technology to support requests for new functionality, manage bug/defect fix etc
  • Develop test cases recommended for config changes
  • Serve as an escalation point to lower tier support

Qualification & Experience:

  • Significant workday system experience with a general understanding of all workday modules
  • Prior workday functional consultant certification in HCM core
  • Experience in the development and implementation of process and systems changes
  • Strong interpersonal skillsin dealing with all levels of employees and managment
  • Ability to communication complex technical concepts to non-technical resources
  • Advance MS Excel skills
