Main Purpose of Role

Oversight on the coordination of the HR change programme, designing systems and process interventions to drive the appropriate culture, behaviours, skills, and performance ensuring that the execution of them enables the business to meet its functional and commercial objectives. Providing expertise in HR, learning and talent systems and processes.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Deliver technology solutions blending process effectiveness and positive user experience to drive strong business results
  2. Serve as project programme manager for HR process and technology implementations, updates and migration projects
  3. Lead the management of talent and learning systems, process upgrades, changes, and testing
  4. Coordinate, administer, track, and report on projects within the HR department including but not limited to; data analysis, preparation of communications, and drafting or editing of related HR policies and guidelines
  5. Liaise with third party providers in assessing systems and technologies that meet the business needs
  6. Provide expertise to enable the business to implement training in systems and technologies
  7. Responsible for efficiency and effectiveness of policies, systems and processes, data integrity, process consistency, documentation quality, version control and training
  8. Ensure that technology solutions and related processes meet new and existing business needs
  9. Provide challenge to the operation to constantly improve skill sets and quality of performance of its people through continuous improvement of processes and supporting systems and technologies
  10. Coach line managers to adopt a self-service functionality and manage their own team member's development independently using relevant technology and processes
  11. Provide a strong focus on user experience - making certain that HR processes are up to date, simple and easy to follow for all users
  12. Create, develop and implement e-learning modules following robust instructional design principles
  13. Ensuring reporting on core KPIs is aligned throughout the business
