I am excited to be partnering with a large UK enterprise who employ over 3,000 people across several office locations. My client has ambitious growth plans and to fulfil this growth, they are embarking on lots of HR change.
The HR Project Manager will be responsible for the operational delivery of HR change projects and help deliver a roadmap which aligns the people function to the broader business plans. This role will support the HR Programme Manager who leads across the broader strategic HR change programmmes.
This role will play an integral part in overseeing delivery of people project activity associated within major business change programmes. Reporting to the HR Programme Manager / Lead and working closely with the HR Business Partner teams, the role will blend both knowledge of the people strategy with a clear understanding of the broader project management discipline. The role will play an integral part in ensuring the management, analysis and communication of all people projects across the business.
Suitable candidates will have a track record of owning and delivering HR projects in large scales organsiations. This role will be leading across over 5-10 project workstreams so therefore the ability to act with pace and manage ambiguity is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in similar specialist HR Project / HR transformation type roles.
This role is based in the Manchester area and is paying a base salary of up to £55,000 pa + benefits. My client is open to this role being offered on a permanent or fixed term basis depending on experience.
