HR Project Coordinator: Luton based with remote working available: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract: Paying £25.00 per hour

Morson Talent are thrilled to be representing our multinational pharmaceutical client in their search for a strong HR Project Coordinator to join their team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. The HR Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the team, supporting on key projects and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Providing support for a capability framework build
  • Stakeholder management
  • General administration
  • Creating interview documentation
  • Working with the business to identify technical and behavioural competencies for priority roles
  • Populating information into online tools to develop competencies for priority roles

To be considered for this role previous HR project management experience is essential in addition to:

  • Experience with capability building
  • Training & Development experience
  • Organisational Design experience
  • Can lead projects
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Desirable attributes:

  • Sales and Marketing experience
  • Knowledge of the NHS/Pharmaceutical industry
