Job Title: HR Operations Team Lead
Location: Broughton, Chester
Duration: 12 months
Hours: Full time
Pay rate: £15.00 per hour PAYE


Our client in Broughton is currently recruiting for a Team Leader for their Reward Operations function at their large manufacturing facility. This key role will be responsible for co-ordinating and ensuring timely, accurate and professional delivery of the Workday linked Personnel Administration activities for all UK Airbus Divisions.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Manage team processes and activities and ensure all tasks are completed in line with SLAs.
-Conduct regular team reviews, supporting improvements where necessary.
-Assign tasks across the team ensuring skills are efficiently utilized and ensuring that there are no skills gaps or single point dependencies.
-Support the Change Request Process - attend meetings, provide guidance and allocate testing resource where required.
-Liaise with our internal and external customers to coordinate projects.
-Maintain and improve processes within the team.
-Ensure full SOP's are available for all processes and are regularly reviewed and kept up to date.

ABOUT YOU

You must be results and delivery driven with a sound logical approach to achieving tasks and objectives. You will have strong organisation skills to be able to plan and prioritise own and others work, re-planning where appropriate to meet challenging deadlines and changing priorities.

You will be able to work on your own initiative to develop effective and pragmatic solutions to problems, have good interpersonal skills to work well with others as well as being able to motivate and encourage both individuals and a team.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience of managing/leading a team within a busy office environment
Experience within an HR/Reward function would be advantageous
Customer Service experience both verbal and written
Use of both G-Suite and Microsoft Office
Preferable is experience of Workday and SAP
