HR Operations Administrator; based in Crawley;13-month contract; £10.91 ph; 37 hours per week.
We are looking for a HR Operations Administrator based at our client's site based in Crawley.
The purpose of the role is to deliver timely, accurate and robust information and transactions to the HR function, managers and employees to support the delivery of organisation's UK's business and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Accountable for the on-time cost-effective delivery of specific transactional activities and measured against agreed internal performance targets and external benchmarks
Focused on the integrity, quality, timeliness, management and legal compliance of HR data
Providing timely and robust reports to customers to support business decisions and proactively suggesting data-driven areas for improvement
Responsible for the delivery of simple, effective and user-friendly tools & technology and managing the roadmap for ongoing development and investment, based on external best practice and business need
Working with COEs, HRBPs and other stakeholders continually to monitor and improve customer and end user satisfaction
Working with key stakeholders continually to improve efficiency, simplicity and excellence in delivery
Responsible for the management of suppliers on behalf of the function as appropriate
Use data and trends proactively to identify key priorities and activities to support business objectives
Ensuring that HR processes are managed appropriately and effectively to minimise business impact
Act as a role model for the HR function, actively promoting and supporting the company's people strategy and ensuring appropriate channels are utilised
Work closely with the HR PMO and HR Support teams to ensure delivery and implementation of change activity and system implementation
Demonstrating their specific contribution to the business through agreed metrics (insert metrics)
Acting as an advocate for Company values at all times and ensuring others act as role models within the function
Working as part of an integrated and collaborative HR function that is focussed on driving business success
Candidates should have previous administration experience, ideally gained within a HR environment
and be confident in the use of MS Office.
Candidates must be able to work to SLA agreements and prioritise their workload.
