Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and working in this collaborative HR team who are located in Manchester, this is a real business partnering role. This is an organisation that truly values HR and where you can use your HR expertise, coaching ability and influencing skills to make a significant impact.

You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, manage absence in both an informal and formal capacity, lead on the continuing development of the HR management system and provide regular insight and recommendations on key trends.

You will provide on-site consultancy to key stakeholders to assist them with projects and support with restructuring, Disciplinary and Grievance Investigations, drive organisational performance, enhance employee engagement and build people capability by supporting your client group through cultural change by using your outstanding coaching and influencing ability.

You will be a pragmatic, innovative individual with a strong background of effectiveness in partnering with leadership and partners to develop a culture of innovation and excellence.

You will be particularly passionate about coaching and employee relations, commercially minded, proactive and highly driven. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be adept at influencing and gaining credibility.

High energy levels, resilience and a positive, assertive style are also essential.

You will also possess a strong academic record (degree level of equivalent) with a CIPD certified Postgraduate Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Employment Law or HR Practice.
