Our client based in Daventry is seeking for an experienced HR Officer to join their busy team. With responsibility for providing HR support to all levels of staff, including senior management in the absence of the HR Manager, the position requires a self-motivated HR professional with highly effective communication and time management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Support HR and other Departmental Managers with HR advice to deliver best practise in policies, legislation and Employee Relations
* Prepare weekly and monthly management information for all sites of business
* Provide advisory service to all employees on company employment policies and procedures
* Monitor and maintain information system
* Provide administrative service to ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures
* Conduct inductions, exit interviews and disciplinary and mediation processes
* Provide HR presence at other group sites as and when required
* Attend training courses as and where necessary to ensure personal and team job skills keep pace with legislative and business developments
* Achieve deadlines as set by the company

Qualification:

*GCSE grade 'C' or above in both Mathematics & English (or equivalent)
*CIPD Level 5
*CIPD Level 7
*Full, clean Driving Licence
