I am currently recruiting for a HR MI Analyst to lead the development and management of core HR systems to deliver high quality HR MI, insight and compliance reporting, enabling timely and actionable recommendations to improve people and business performance

Role Responsibilities

* Leading the development and management of fit for purpose HR systems, MI and reporting
* Providing regular HR reporting and tracking of key people metrics, identifying patterns and trends to inform recommendations for continuous improvement
* Leading the maintenance, tracking and monitoring of all HR risks and people risks
* Supporting and contributing to the successful delivery of assigned HR and key projects

Skills and experience required

* Experience of report and MI production and analysis across a range of parameters and needs
* Good working knowledge of HR software solutions and reporting technologies
* Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to deliver and manage conflicting and changing priorities
* Is delivery and customer focussed
* Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
