Job title: HR Manager - Resource Planning

We currently have a requirement for an experienced Resource Planner within the HR Function of one of our key clients in Chester. This key role will have full and direct responsibility for the client's Resource Review and will be the primary interface for mid to long-term resourcing actions.
Working closely with HRBPs and the Competence and Workforce framework, you will prepare full resource reviews, collecting all inputs and reconciling local and transverse action plans through differing perspectives (job family, division and country).
You will consult with the Head of HR and senior HRBPs on all Resource and Develop polices, processes and activities ensuring consistent coordination and alignment with business strategy.
-Propose and promote best solutions and feedback to the business regarding actions to close the competencies gaps
-Ensure regular engagement with the Resource and Develop Operations Team to update them with business priorities and anticipate risks
-Contribute to specific projects and actions regarding all resourcing activities including external hiring, redeployment and agreed learning plans
Skills and Experience
-Significant experience in a Resource Planning role, preferably within an HR environment
-Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with senior managers and directors
-Able to work autonomously and manage a busy and varied workload
-Confident and pro-active in working with senior managers to achieve business strategy
-Knowledge of the current recruitment market and processes
-Hold or able to achieve SC clearance
