HR Data Analyst; 6 month contract; based in Broughton

We are looking to recruit an HR Data Analyst to work for a large aerospace company based in Broughton. The role is working within the Human Resources - Reward department.

How the company compensates and rewards employees is crucial. Our client focuses on aligning its compensation and benefits strategy to its business objectives in order to attract and retain the best talent available in the marketplace.
In this context, the Reward function defines policies and provides analysis as well as expert support to HR so that the strategy is consistently applied throughout the Group. Within this organisation, the Compensation and Benefits team participates in the transformation Programme PULSE, which aims at re-inventing the way of working and introducing people-centric HR processes and policies.The PULSE programme consists of several parts, one being the implementation of the new HR IT system based on the SaaS Workday Cloud solution.
In the PULSE project organisation of Performance&Goals/Remuneration, the Team UK is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the new IT solution and revised HR processes. The UK Country Support reinforces this team.

Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Writing and updating of configuration, migration and integration workbooks
- Testing of solution prototypes
- Translations (IT tool and change material)
- Creation of change material (Powerpoint, videos etc)
- Executing change actions (workshops, webinars, ad hoc support)
- Follow-up of actions, act as PMO for the UK team
- Act as back-up for team members if necessary

The successful candidate will have excellent data analysis skills ideally within an HR environment and have experience of process mapping. You will have excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and you have a good knowledge of SAP as HR information system, Webex or WorkDay. Excellent project management skills are required along with good writing and communication skills. You speak fluent English, French would be a plus. You will be well organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise and manage time effectively. You will be proactive and manage well stressful situations or periods. Knowledge and experience in an Compensations & Benefits environment is a plus. Change management experience is desirable. You will need to be able to understand HR data.

The successful applicant will have a master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent, along with experience working within human resources.
