HR Co-ordinator / Administrator - Leeds / Manchester - Permanent Position

This role can be based in Leeds or Manchester and will be partly home based.

The role will be working in an extremely fast paced environments so candidates will need to be able to hit the ground running and be good at managing their own time and workload.

Role Specifics:
* System data entry, ensuring system is up to date with changes
* Contract staff/staff contract end dates
* End dates of fixed term contracts
* Identifying replacement line managers and updating them on the system
* Setting up of CS Ecologists (season starts in March)
* References
* Welcome emails on first day
* Probations
* Responding to a high volume of general HR queries form the HR general email inbox
* Other HR administrative tasks as required by the role.

Skills/experience required:
* Exceptional administrative and IT skills.
* Must have outstanding attention to detail skills.
* Ability to multitask workload in a highly challenging and fast paced environment.
* Must be able to work as part of a team in a collaborative way.
* HR experience desirable but not essential.
* Awareness of confidentiality and GDPR
