We are looking for a HR Co-Coordinator based at Canary Wharf to assist in the development, delivery and promotion of best practice management practices to attract, engage and retain key talent consistent with that of an employer of choice brand, and the HR strategy.
To proactively role model, through personal example of attitude and behaviour, values, amongst the peer group and employee base to become a trusted advisor.
This role may require travel.
What this job involves
Service Delivery & Information - delivering an integrated, pragmatic and reliable service, using a consistent and commercial approach through clearly articulated policies, processes and accurate data.
 To manage, process and co-ordinate all HR transactions and incoming mail to central inbox, responding to emails as appropriate within agreed timescales.
 To act as first line support to employees with queries regarding their employment and HR policies and processes, responding promptly and accurately.
 To administer new contract packs and internal transfers and on board new starters/rehires.
 To action changes to terms and conditions including confirmed flexible working requests.
 To manage leaver process and lead exit interviews as needed.
 To undertake screening processing for employees and contractors where required, monitor and track progress of applications and provide advice and guidance to the business on eligibility, legislation and code of practice in partnership with the appropriate 3rd parties.
 To provide support to the HR team with administration in relation to case management.
 To work with the rest of the HR team on the improvement and development of HR administrative processes in order to maintain an efficient and effective HR support service to the business.
 To undertake regular monitoring for end of probation, absence, sick pay deductions, fixed term contracts, driver documentation and visa requirements in conjunction with HRO and perform associated action needed.
 To manage family matter cases at Grade 50 or below.
 To own data in HRIS and ensure that employee data held is accurate and up to date.
 To actively participate in developing and embedding HR strategy, policies and processes ensuring that HR activity is based around the needs of the businesses, legislation and best practice
 To contribute to the achievement of the HR strategy and business plan objectives, through the provision of pro-active HR support, ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.
 To actively maintain UK legislative knowledge.
 To assist with project work as agreed with HoHRO/HRBP.
 To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required at the request of the HoHRO/HRBP.

Organisation Design & Development - identifying and implementing beneficial changes to the organisation in line with future requirements whether structural or cultural.
 To support harmonisation of terms and conditions, following change programmes and acquisitions, as required.
Resourcing & Talent Planning - ensuring a proactive, robust and professional method of identifying and securing talent to address gaps in skills, experience, knowledge and behaviour.
 To participate in emerging talent activities as requested by the Emerging Talent Team.
 To support the annual promotion process.
 To support the secondment process and associated administration.
 To issue T&Cs and on boarding contractors as requested.
 To support organising temps via agencies as needed.
 To organise secondment T&Cs and ensure relevant documentation is on eFile and updated in PS.
Learning & Talent Development - maximising existing talent through actively managing performance and development of skills, experience, knowledge and behaviour.
 To support L&D activity in partnership with TAD Team.
 To assist with administration for inductions.
Reward & Recognition - building employee commitment to the organisation.
 To support the annual salary and bonus review cycle.
 To support with out of cycle payments including bonuses, referrals and cross selling.

 1+ year's experience in HR required
 Track record of managing sensitive and confidential information
 Experience of a professional working environment in a fast paced administration team and with cross-functional teams and supporting multisite and international teams.
 Experience with reviewing and streamlining internal processes at your own initiative.

 1+ year's experience in HR required
 Good working knowledge of Workday
 Good working knowledge of MS package and general IT literacy
