HR Change Coordinator: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract: Bristol or London based - home working available: Paying £130-£150 a day

Morson International are proud to be representing our FTSE 100, multinational client in their search for an experienced HR Change Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month fixed term contract. The HR Change Coordinator will report into the HR Business Partner and will be key player in supporting the planning and delivery of a large project that is currently underway, connecting appropriate teams across the organisation and providing and tracking regular updates. The HR Change Coordinator will be well versed in all areas of transactional HR and will provide crucial support across the people transformation journey, having responsibility for the following:

  • Organisational design - partnering with various teams to ensure the planning and delivery of the project
  • Maintaining role profiles and job descriptions for use across the business
  • Providing support to the HRBP on UK Union consultations and partnering with global teams on the consultation process
  • Coordinating training delivery for consultation managers
  • Stakeholder Management - partnering with key stakeholders across the group, suggesting areas for improvement and designing and delivering on these changes
  • Providing regular updates on progress, feedback and critical upcoming activities

In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have:

  • Previous experience of successfully managing and delivering change projects within agreed timeframes and to agreed outcomes
  • Previous experience of supporting largescale change projects in a unionised, complex matrixed environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, able to successfully manage multiple priorities at once
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and influence relationships across a remote working environment
