Job Title: HR Business Administrator

Hours: 37 per week
Pay: £16.56 PAYE per hour or £20.51 LTD per hour

Job Description

We are looking for an administrator to join the HR team at our client's site in Warton. The role is an integral part of the Air Sector HR Function, developing effective relationships and proactively supporting the HR Team in HR governance, communications, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) activities and budget administration

Your Main Responsibilities as a HR Administrator will Involve:

-Provide support to Responsible Document & Records Management to ensure this is being proactively and effectively discharged within the business area that you support, queries and errors are being promptly resolved and opportunities for improvement are being actively identified and implemented
-Support the Management of the Air Training Budget
-Support the HR Manager responsible for the functional communications and coordination of functional inputs to enterprise level forums
Management of office stationery for the office
Act as SHE co-ordinator for the office
Provide support to the HR Associate responsible for the management of bae systems events

Your skills and qualifications:

-Experience in a similar role within the aerospace or manufacturing environment
-Competent with MS Office suite (MS Excel in particular)
-Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders
-The ability to interact with and create consistency of approach working across multiple stakeholders
-A dynamic, enthusiastic nature and ability to productively challenge in a fast-paced environment

You will be a confident communicator with a positive can-do attitude. Possess a 'project management' mind-set demonstrating ability to prioritise conflicting demands to achieve desired outcomes.
