HR Advisor: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract: Manchester: Paying £30,000

Morson are currently supporting our not for profit client in their search for a skilled HR Advisor to join the organisation to support with high volume employee relations casework. The HR Advisor will therefore need to hit the ground running and be well versed in all areas of HR. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a large and complex ER caseload, including discipline, grievance, absence management, terms and conditions of employment, restructures, TUPE and performance management
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure ER issues are dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with best practice and company policy and procedure, ensuring that risk is minimised at all stages
  • Offering HR support and advice to all employees and line managers as required
  • Coaching, guiding and upskilling line managers on HR policy and procedure
  • Supporting on HR related projects
  • Providing relevant management information and trend analysis to the business
  • Supporting the implementation of the people related changes

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are a strong HR generalist, with experience gained from within a fast-paced environment as well as the below:

  • Sound knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Experience in managing a large, complex and diverse ER caseload from start to resolution
  • Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above
  • A strong influencer with the ability to constructively challenge as appropriate
  • Ability to build effectively relationships with all levels
