I am recruiting for a HR Advisor to join this Leading Retail Organisation in Warrington to support in delivering the people agenda on a 12-month FTC.

You will report into a HR Business Partner who supports Commercial and Group departments such as Sales, Brands and Finance delivering best practice in processes and procedures.

Key accountabilities;

In this role, you will have experience within HR previously including working in a position where you have been the first point of call and supported management with queries on processes or policies. You will work with key management stakeholders internally so will be personable with an ability to influence and provide guidance.

As a HR Advisor, you will support with recruitment for the area, organising and attending interviews and managing the process end to end suggesting improvements to the process and innovative ideas to ensure we are positioned within the market. You will also manage absence within the area and manage low level employee relations matters ensuring the business is compliant and follows process.

Key skills and experience required;

The successful candidate will have effective communication skills and the ability to listen and find innovative solutions to problems in a fast-paced environment. You will have attention to detail and a proven track record in integrating processes, procedures and a common culture across multiple sites in different countries creating a best in class manufacturing strategy. Ideally, you will be CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards.

This is a fast-paced entrepreneurial business, you will have excellent time management skills with an ability to organise and prioritise tasks. In addition, you will have the creative flair to input into value adding projects and work closely with the HR Business Partner in the delivery of projects.
