I am recruiting an Interim HR Advisor for a period of 4 months to provide HR support to Pan-EMEA HR Business Partners in all aspects of HR to ensure that the business needs are met whilst remaining legally compliant, operating in line with best practice guidelines.

The purpose of the role is to be the key point of contact for all HR Advisory and Administration related activity and to support with compensation and benefits project coordination for salary and bonus reviews.

Role accountabilities;

Support and liaise with HRBPs and the UK Operations team concerning HR employment and legal issues, which would include:

* Performance Improvement Plans
* Grievances & Disciplinary
* Flexible working requests
* Maternity & Paternity
* Redundancies
* Coordinating the Salary and Bonus Review process regarding data management and control
* General project coordination
* Preparing contracts and contractual updates
* Action tracking for new hires, global and high priority cases, HR direct tickets and workday off-line process management
* Supporting HRBPs in educating the business managers to use and navigate Workday

Skills and experience;

* Relevant UK HR Generalist experience at HR Advisor level
* Experience of dealing with highly sensitive information
* Experience of Workday
* Experience of managing Employee Relations cases
* Advanced MS Word, MS Excel
