With a request of 30,000 emails my client a global property management company is looking for a subject access request consultant to assist with the massive influx of emails with customer requests.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Reviewing Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) received from customers. This is a request made for information held by the company by the customer.
  • Carrying out reviews of verbal & written communication and making an informed judgement
  • Assessing evidence, you have collated / obtained from third parties to respond to customers
  • Production of customer letters
  • Blocking out information on letters that is not related to the customer
  • Working with a range of systems to manage data

What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need

  • Ideally 6 months administration in a Professional Services company
  • HR administrator/ advisor experience
  • Graduate with HR degree
  • GDPR knowledge - desirable not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work to set personal performance standards and work with the team to contribute to customer outcome within a timescale
  • Highly organised and confident
  • Excellent analytic and letter writing skills with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Driven to achieve targets and take ownership of workload
