Morson International are delighted to be working with our Client, a Fortune 500 Company who operate across 80 countries in 280 different offices.

They currently have a temporary requirement for approximately 2 months for a HR Administrator to work from their modern and exquisite Norwich offices.

Your duties will include, but will not be restricted to the following:
Job Description
Lift and shift Employee E-Files into a new network drive.
Manage the Employee E-Files folder structure and create new sub folders
Update and correct Employee E-Files Naming Conventions in Sub Folders
Save employee documents/new starter packs to the correct Sub Folders
Ensure that employee data held is accurate and up to date
Contribute to the achievement of the HR strategy and business plan objectives, through the provision of pro-active HR support, ensuring high levels of customer service always
Work with the HR team on the improvement and development of HR administrative processes in order to maintain an efficient and effective HR support service to the business
Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required at the request of HRSS Lead/Head of/HRD
Assist with project work as agreed with HRSS Manager/HR Business Manager
Uphold and actively promote our Clients values and behaviours

Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate will hold at least 2+ years experience in HR Data Administration
Communication - good interpersonal skills and able to engage with people at all levels and across different functions quickly and credibly using excellent and adaptive communication skills
HR Data Handling - strong technical skills and able to deliver fast and reliable data management ensuring high quality at all times
Driven to deliver - high level of attention to detail with an accurate, thorough and reliable approach, ability to plan and prioritise your varied workload within tight deadlines
You will have a track record of managing sensitive and confidential information
Experience of working in a professional environment within a fast-paced administration team and with cross-functional teams and supporting multi-site and international teams.
You will have excellent knowledge of MS Packages and be generally IT competent
Adobe experience of creating documents for E-sign

Hours: (Flexi) - Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00 with 1 hour for lunch or 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Duration: - 2 months initially may be for longer although this cannot be guaranteed
Location: - Norwich, Norfolk
