Title: HR Administrator (contract)
Location: Severn Beach, Bristol
Duration: 3 months
Hours: Full Time
Rate: £12.00 per hour PAYE

We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator for our client based in Severn Beach, Bristol.

This key role will work under the direction of the HR Manager to provide administration support to the HR Team promoting efficiency and organisation in the day to day function of the team.

Main Responsibilities

-Inputting and maintaining time and attendance systems
-Recruitment administration, including posting adverts, arranging interviews, and on-boarding new starters
-Uploading documents onto shared networks
-Progressing security clearance requests and applications
-Responding to reference requests
-General scanning and filing material in line with data protection and document retention details
-Minute taking
-Support of projects i.e. Pay letters, long service, recognition awards, absence management
-Customer service
-Maintaining records on electronic HRMS including setting up new starters and any employee changes
-Coordinating training events including managing invitations, room booking, attendance tracking
-Any other general administrative assistance to team members
-Run monthly/weekly reports to support business management
-Support immigration and visa process

Qualification and Skills

-Previous administration experience preferably within an HR environment
-Fully competent in Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
-Confidence to take own initiative following guidance
-Positive attitude, proactive approach and professional image is essential at all times
-Enthusiastic, friendly and professional telephone manner
-Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
-Must be able to work in a highly confidential manner, with high levels of integrity, as required within the role.

-Familiar with SAP success factors
