We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team based at our Filton branch in Bristol. Supporting our busy team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective HR administration support service for the branch. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Record new starters, leavers, absences
- Process contract extensions, changes, medical forms
- Conduct inductions and exit interviews
- Assist with recruitment process when required, referencing and other administrative tasks
- Assist with the payroll process
- Produce monthly client reports on headcounts, cost savings, absences, and other key metrics
- Liaise with clients, internal colleagues, and key stakeholders from around the business
- Order and distribute PPE to on-site and off-site contractors
- Support Grievance and Disciplinary process
- Support in reviewing and updating HR Polices
The suitable candidate for this role will have very strong administration skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is vital. HR experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. Familiarity with and good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages is required, in particular the use of Excel for producing reports. There is a lot of room for progression in this role, with many training and development opportunities, so we are looking for somebody driven and eager to learn who is adaptable and looking for a challenge.
