HR Benefits Administrator - Surrey - 3 Months +

We are currently looking for a HR Benefits Administrator for UK & Ireland. You will provide an efficient, professional and timely administrative support by ensuring that processes are followed, and compliance is maintained. You will also extract, manipulate and analyse information to aid compensation and HR process measurement activities.

* Ensuring that all paperwork is completed and filed (paper and electronic).

* Maintaining internal tracking and data reports.
* Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed (ability to improve) in accordance with policy including administration of medical and pension benefits.
* Producing quarterly reports of HR key measures.
* Providing initial analysis of compensation and benefit surveys.
* Plus any other ad hoc duties when required.

Skills and Experience:
* Mature attitude and tenacious with a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
* Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive, flexible and committed to getting the job done.
* Ability to build colleague and client relationships
* Desire to develop knowledge and expertise.
* Ability to comply with and adhere to existing business protocols and procedures. * Good command of English is essential.
* Ability to support colleagues in achieving agreed business objectives.
* Ability to effectively prioritise, organise tasks, manage time and commit to and meet deadlines.
* Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel (to include formulas / auto calculation), Outlook, Internet Explorer and SAP. * Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality and be aware of data protection at all times.
