Title: HR Administrator
Location: Bristol
Duration: 3 months
Hours: Full Time (07.30 - 15.30 Mon-Fri)
Rate: On application

Our client in Bristol has an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Administrator. This key role will be responsible for the administration of all human resource activities across the Western Approach site, reporting directly to the HR Manager.


*General administrative support as requested by the HR Team in line with GDPR
*Responsible for maintenance of records and systems relating to personal data to include recruitment, absences (sickness, maternity, paternity, jury services, etc.)
*Coordinate the on-boarding of new starters, including work wear and ensure all induction checklists are completed timely
*Raise all pre-approval requests for all training related costs and ensure costs are accurately captured within the training budget tracker.
*Provide diary and room booking management


*Previous experience in a HR administrative capacity
*Knowledge of HR processes and policies
*CIPD or working towards would be an advantage


*Excellent organizational skills
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent customer service and the ability to interface with people at all levels
*Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages
*Experience of using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*Ability to work on own or as part of a team
*Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
*High level of discretion and diplomacy
*Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
