We have an opportunity to join our Client based in St Albans on a temporary contract for 2x HR Administrators, dedicated to delivering a high quality HR service to managers and employees.

The Client requires support with general administration tasks, including responding to and the requesting of employee references, confirming successful completion of probation, ensuring they receive completed right to work documents for new starters, to meet their audit requirements, data entry and support for the wider People Services team .

Job Duties:
To process key transactional activities. For example On-boarding new starters, which includes initiating background checks, such as referencing and compliance checks. Confirming probation, processing life-cycle changes within a case management system for job changes, such as promotions, change of hours, maternity and paternity changes, ad-hoc bonus awards and supporting the leaver's administration process. . Whilst carrying out these tasks they need to maintain HR electronic records and ensuring we are always compliant to audit requirements is crucial. Initially, there will be a need to support the People Services team to implement a new case management system over the coming months and adapting working practices to ensure our service delivery is not compromised during this time.

Person Specification:
An intuitive, analytic and pro-active approach to day-to-day work practices A keen eye for detail and the ability to demonstrate initiative. Experience of working to, and consistently meeting, challenging deadlines. Experience of working within a case management environment and competent in MS Office. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with confidence when working with numbers and analysing data.

We require a strong administrator, who has gained their experience within a large, high performing HR function or HR shared service environment and has a proven track record of working within large volumes in a fast-paced HR Administrative environment. They need to be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment.
