To take responsibility for specific administrative tasks and to support the HR Shared Services Function with payroll actions.
- Managing shared inbox
- Management of Remedy system
- Take calls and assist with queries
- Respond to reference requests from other employers and from financial institutions.
- Perform mail merges for pay reviews, auto-enrolment and other HR Admin actions
- Ensure all employee information is processed accurately
- Process all requests effectively, accurately and efficiently and in accordance with procedures.
- Observe all Data Protection and IAMM requirements re confidentiality and security
- Opening post & distributing it accordingly amongst the team
