Working as part of the HR Operations team for a period of time, the HR administrator will provide support in HR filing exercises, to include the following:

  • Work with the HR Manager to create an audit template and tracking system
  • Review and update files manually; including categorizing current employees/leavers, cross-referencing hard copy files against electronic files, scanning and uploading files electronically
  • Support in the transfer of electronic files where necessary
  • Implement record deletion in line with Document Retention Guidelines as agreed with the HR manager
  • Keeping a tracker of all completed actions
  • Providing support in auditing information contained within the HR System against information held on personnel records

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Previous experience working in HR administration
  • Experience in auditing HR records & files
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proven understanding of key Data Protection principles
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, SharePoint, MS Office)
  • Experience working with HR Systems
