We are currently recruiting for a Helpline Administrator to work on a contract based in Croydon, the hours will be 8am to 5pm (with 1hour lunch).
The typical day to day duties of the Helpline Administrator will be as follows:
- Answering all enquiries and emails on the Helpline. This role does not involve any cold calling, all communications are with existing companies/members.
- Processing new registrations and audit reports from companies wishing to join the scheme using bespoke database.
- Raising invoices.
- Completing daily tasks given by the Helpline Team Leader
- Previous customer service experience is not essential, but a can-do attitude is essential.
