Helpdesk - Service Desk - IT Support - Windows - Microsoft - Active Directory - Networks - WAN - LAN.
Initial 3 month contract opportunity for a Helpdesk/Service Desk Analyst to be based in Birmingham.
You will have previous experience of working on a Help Desk supporting a complex IT environment.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Products such as:
- Windows 95/98
- Windows NT/2000/XP/7
- Microsoft Office 97/2000/XP (Word, Excel, Outlook
Experienced in the use of all modules of the Microsoft Office Professional
Knowledge of user administration in a Windows NT/Active Directory environment
Knowledge of LAN and WAN concepts, including firewall concepts and TCP/IP.
Experience in e-mail operations based on Microsoft Exchange
Knowledge of Citrix / Terminal server environment
Knowledge of Internet and Intranet concepts
