Our client is the leading provider of mechanical electrical and fabric maintenance services in the UK and they are currently looking for a Helpdesk Support to start ASAP on a 3 month temp to perm contract.

You will be required to take reactive and planned maintenance requirements from the facilities managers eg. heating is broken, electrics have gone, air conditioning not working, and then allocating the appropriate type of engineer based on specialism and also by location, time availability etc.

You will ideally have a facilities background and experience of issuing jobs out to engineers, mechanics etc via working on a helpdesk.

This can be a busy role so you must have good communication skills and understanding that situations may arise that needs to be dealt with in a calm and efficient manner.

Please not this is a 3 month temp to perm role.
