Desktop Support Engineer - Helpdesk support/ServiceNow/Windows 10/Office 365/Remote support
Location: Coventry
Duration: 3 months - high potential to extend
Rate: £100 - £130 per day

The Job:
Morson International is actively seeking to recruit Desktop Support Advisors with helpdesk experience whom are experienced in L1 helpdesk support, Windows 10, Office 365 and Remote support for a contract role with a high profile Client, based in Coventry, initially for 3 months with a high potential to extend.

Experience required:
Knowledge of Service Now
Experience of remotely resolving issues on users' PCs
WIN10 knowledge
Apps knowledge, and installation processes
Office 365
Various browsers
