Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Cheshire Region

Currently working with a large global business to recruit a newly created Head of Sales role position to capitalise on growth moving into 2019. A global player within their market, the business still maintain the same family ownership structure and values that started the business. The business have established themselves as leading organisation within the distribution market and continue to grow through acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

  • To maximise the growth of the division, through the extension of established relationships, the development of existing key accounts, including retention of current business and the identification of adjacent products and services that enhance and add real value to our customers
  • Actively participate and lead specific work streams in the ongoing strategy development of the division
  • Generation of quantifiable new leads and stated business growth
  • Key account management
  • Monthly reporting an analysis of business development activity
  • High quality customer proposals (submission and presentation material)

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
