Review and report on the effectiveness of the SoW, Pre-Input and Post-Output Review Meeting (PIRM & PORM) processes, maintenance task performance and additional / emergent work requirements across all responsible maintenance locations, both On & Off aircraft. Ensure any trends are identified and escalated, as appropriate.
Ensure changes in the Customer's requirements are reviewed for impact on the Maintenance Tasking & Verification activity and implemented appropriately, e.g. Fatigue Life limits, Capability upgrades, Customer-approved modification programmes, etc.
Against the requirements defined in the approved SoW, including any amendments where applicable, assess the maintenance activity detailed in the certificate of maintenance, to assure that all requirements have been completed, or correctly authorised and deferred.
