Global Learning and Development Advisor
Location: London
Contract Type:1 year Contract

Reports to: Head of Global Training and Development

Main Job Function:
- To support the Learning and Development of internationally mobile employees by assisting with the delivery of training, personal/technical and career development initiatives

- Learning and Development Function Administration
- Support the team where required to meet its annual obligations, e.g. budgeting, forecasts, Contract Renewals /set -ups / extensions, process and policy updates etc.
- Follow any functional compliance requirements
- Development Tools and Assessment Centres
- Assist in promoting the use of our Technical/professional skills evalution tool, reporting on its current use - analyse the Individual Development Plans and Skill Gap Analyses
- Support the coordination of employee Development Assessment Centres
- Employee Management
- Support the definition of individual development
- Assist with analysing Eirl resources and their completion of any internal surveys, training, development initiatives, Potential Assessment Centres, performance programs etc.
- Support the presentation of analysis information within the business (HQ, professional areas and subsidiaries) to help manage Eirl employees .
- L&D Workshops
- Participation in the delivery of L&D Workshops in order to share knowledge, improve work efficacy and promote L&D's contributions to both eirl internal teams and the business
- International Training / Training Services
- Organisation of yearly training and development initiatives - Multi-cultural and Leadership Training/Development Assessment centres/Professional Area Familiarisation
- Track and Report Individual and Group Training initiatives
- Monthly Cost Accrual Reports
- Professional Membership and Training Expense Claims Processes
- Track invoicing obligations
- Group training course schedules, invitations and participation lists
- Venue booking, catering for group training sessions
- Provider contract administration
- Training Feedback form follow-up

Candidate Skill Requirements:
- Experience in training and development or HR Related activity wih CIPD qualification
- Good communication, and relationship building skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Strong powerpoint and excel experience
