My client is currently recruiting a GIS Consultant (INSIDE OF IR35) on an initial 3 month contract. You will have the following experience:

1. GIS Development
2. GIS Data Analysis
3. ESRI ArcGIS Technologies
4. FME
5. Mobile GIS
6. Javascript/Python

Key Accountabilities:

Provide specialist geospatial analytics and reporting expertise to internal, external customers and stakeholder

Develop and maintain a library of Asset Information reporting definitions and measures

Support the development and implementation of relevant GIS standards, and reporting processes, procedures and tools

Support the development and implementation of an assurance framework and KPIs for the geospatial analytics and reporting service

Work with managers and stakeholders to identify future requirements for geospatial analytics and reporting outputs and assess the impact on current resources, processes and systems

Participate in, and respond to, regulatory audits and reviews of analytics and reporting activities and capabilities, and any subsequent recommendations

Facilitate benchmarking and implement identified best practice and other capability improvement initiatives throughout the team

Lead the monitoring and reporting of the effectiveness of the geospatial analytics and reporting processes, and proactively progress improvements

Lead communication on geospatial analytics and reporting outputs and promote awareness of the relevant standards and processes throughout the organisation

Be a company specialist on asset information geospatial analytics and reporting, providing advice to internal and external customers and stakeholders
