Key Performance Area Compulsory Responsibilities
1 Deliverable Management
* Identify and communicate deliverables as set out by internal company communicae or customer scope.
* Set out targets in support of specific project deliverables.
* Monitor/review set targets and continuously evaluate delivery achievement.
* Attend to and assist with any escalations from the rollout teams.
2 Quality Management
* Identify and align with Customer and Company specific DQA Quality Management processes.
* Review and align current project specific policies and processes to conform to ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO18001.
3 Document Management
* Monitor the safe storage and handling of paper and electronic documentation.
* Review the current Documentation Management Process and implement corrective/alternative policies and processes if and where required.
* Enforce Information Systems Security at all times.
4 Customer Relationship Management
* Understand customer specific requirements.
* Ensure customer specific requirements and expectations are communicated to all the relevant parties.
* Manage customer expectations.
* Weekly FTTS Review Meetings with MTN HO.
* Address and communicate any ADHOC requirements with MTN Regional Team and MTN HO Team.
5 Risk Management
* Pro-actively identify and evaluate risks associated with the rollout.
* Identify means of mitigating potential risks.
* Implement processes accordingly.

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
* Qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
* Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Project Management.
* Knowledge of Project Management techniques and tools.
* Proven experience in people management.
* Proven experience in people management.
* Proven experience in strategic planning.
* Proven experience in risk management.
* Proven experience in change management.
* Proficient in project Management software.
* Technical skills relevant to FTTx.

Working Environment / Conditions:

* Mainly office bound but may be required to work out of the office occasionally.
* Travel may be required from time to time for short periods.
