Our client is an integrated facilities management services who provide the solutions, support, and facilities management services and they are looking for a Front of House Administrator to be based in Leeds.


Main duties:

To help support a very busy Reception area to include but not limited to:

  • Visitors Reception
  • Switchboard
  • Help Desk (Soft Services and Engineering)
  • processing transport requests for customers
  • processing hospitality requests for customers
  • meeting room checks
  • general administration

Person Specification:

Person will need to demonstrate the right attitudes and behaviours to work within a team in a very visible front of house environment. Must be smart in appearance and have a strong admin background. Flexible working ethics also essential.

Hours are 12.00 - 18.00

Contract - 04/06/18 - 15/06/18
