Our client is an integrated facilities management services who provide the solutions, support, and facilities management services. They are currently looking for a Front of House Administrator in Leeds to start ASAP for 2 months.

Main duties:

To help support a very busy Reception area to include but not limited to:
*Visitors Reception, Switchboard, Help Desk (Soft Services and Engineering), processing transport requests for customers, processing hospitality requests for customers, meeting room checks, general administration

Person Specification

Person will need to demonstrate the right attitudes and behaviours to work within a team in a very visible front of house environment. Must be smart in appearance and have a strong admin background. Flexible working ethics also essential.

Uniform:

The suit must be Black or Charcoal Grey, Black plain shoes and White Shirt/Blouse.

We will supply name badge, Tie etc

Hours: Mon to Fri 0700-1530 wk 1 1030-1900 Wk 2

Pay Rate: £9.50ph

Length of Job: 03/06/2019 - 31/07/2019
