Our client is an integrated facilities management services who provide the solutions, support, and facilities management services and they are currently looking for a front of house adminastrator to cover a one week period.

Main duties:

  • To help support a very busy reception area
  • Visitors Reception, Switchboard, Help Desk (Soft Services and Engineering), processing transport requests for customers, processing hospitality requests for customers, meeting room checks, general administration.

Hours:

monday 9th July until Tuesday 17th July 07:00-15:30 Monday to Friday, 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Person specification:

Person will need to demonstrate the right attitude and behaviours to work within a team in a very visible front of house enviroment. Must be smart appearance and have strong admin background. Flexible working ethics also essential.
