Our client is an integrated facilities management services who provide the solutions, support, and facilities management services and they are looking for a Front of House Administrator to be based in Leeds (LS1).

Length of contract: 12/06/18 - 15/06/18

Hours: 12PM - 6PM

Job Purpose:

  • To help support a very busy Reception area to include but not limited to:
  • Visitors Reception, Switchboard, Help Desk (Soft Services and Engineering), processing transport requests for customers, processing hospitality requests for customers, meeting room checks, general administration

Personal Specification:

  • Must be smart in appearance and have a strong admin background (black sui/uniform is required for this site)
  • Flexible working ethics also essential.
