Flexcube Technical Support Consultant - Remote Working

Morson International are working with a global consultancy who are looking for a Flexcube Technical Support Consultant to join their team. This will be 100% remote (working from home) for 6 weeks. There are possibilities of renewal my client is paying €200 a day.

The Flexcube Technical Support Consultant will:

* Provide technical and functional assistance during migration, unit test, UAT and deployment
* Perform unit testing of the base, custom functionalities and interfaces
* Provide assistance in optimizing the test cases for the new version
* Create new test cases based on the potential minor changes in the upgraded version
* Prepare technical (SQL) scripts for the reconciliation of the data migrated to the new version
* Perform reconciliation of the data between old and new version to check data sanctity
* Write SQL queries for the validation of the data
* Review the new functional specification documents to ensure that it is in line with the existing documents
* During the UAT, perform the test of the fixes from Oracle
* Perform test of End of Day operations
* Prepare documentation of the issues whenever necessary to be communicated to Oracle
* Follow the issue tracking tool used in IFAD for raising issues
* Provide technical assistance during the test, migration and deployment activities
* Prepare documents related to the testing, migration and implementation of the upgrade - on a need basis

The successful Flexcube Technical Support Consultant will have:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical discipline
* At least 4 years of implementation/development/support/upgrade experience in Flexcube implementation projects.
* At least 5 years of strong technical and functional experience in FLEXCUBE in Version 12 and above
* At least 2 years of technical and functional experience in FLEXCUBE in Version 14
* At least 5 years of experience in FLEXCUBE backend program development and debugging for a developer
* At least 5 years of strong technical and functional experience in FLEXCUBE modules - Core, CASA, Consumer Lending, General Ledger, Accounting, Generic Interfaces, Gateway Architecture and End of Day process
* At least 4 years of experience in Oracle SQL
* Experience in Flexcube upgrade projects - Version 14.x and 12.x
* Superior organizational and time management skills
* Ability to write technical (and operational) documentations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English essential
