A new opportunity is now available for a Fleet Administrator to join an Aerospace and Defence company
The role will be to deal with clients in terms of booking their travel, training, arranging IT and dealing with clocking's on the client's time and attendance software (IFS).
The role will also be to assist Fleet Engineering with any admin duties in terms of raising purchase requisitions, assisting with company notices being briefed to personnel, assisting with employees time sheets.
The role will be reporting to the Delivery Manager Ashore and working alongside a HR manpower co-ordinator
Main Purpose of Role
Have good IT skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
If the candidate has previous experience of IFS and Success Factors that would be desirable but can be trained on it.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competences
Good communication skills
Good with Microsoft packages and specifically Excel
Attention to detail
