Data Administrator; Nr Oxford; £14.00/hr PAYE; Contract

An opportunity working for our client based near Brize Norton in the department which is responsible for the delivery of support services in the UK for aircraft in relation to the technical specification and delivery of the end-to-end support service.

We are looking for the job holder to perform fleet planning activities related to the fleet management elements in the customer services domain. The job holder will report both operationally and functionally to the Fleet Tasking & Availability Manager UK.

To deliver and support aircraft fleet planning within the Fleet Tasking & Availability Management organisation for the preparation and delivery of contracted support services. Accountable as part of the team for the planning of the availability of aircraft to meet the flying programme.

We are looking for some scheduling/planning experience within an aircraft related role or possibly large haulage companies. You must have an understanding of aircraft and show good tenacity to complete tasks and high levels of accuracy in their work.


Maintenance of the aircraft integrated through-life plans.
Coordinating plans from stakeholders that impact aircraft availability.
Accurate data entry.
Recording performance achievement.
Monitoring and reporting performance against plans.
Communication activities directly with the client and their agencies.


Educational Qualifications:
Experience in data entry and capture preferably in an operations environment.
IT Literate.
Technical knowledge:
Fluent in written and spoken English, including fluency in communication using technical vocabulary. Ability to communicate in other European language(s) would be beneficial.

Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder expectations and needs
