Our client provides facilities management, consultancy, project management and a range of specialist services and they are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator to be based in Birmingham

Job objectives and responsibilities

  • Support the Fleet management team in delivering a first class Service
  • Support the Fleet Manager and Fleet Team in delivery of the Fleet strategy
  • Have a full understanding of policies, procedures, forms and guidance documents
  • Produce reports on a adhoc and periodic basis for the wider business/ suppliers
  • Ensure Data accuracy within Systems

Main duties

  • Support and administer EDS Queries on Private mileage submissions
  • Support and administer vehicle tracking requests
  • Support the vehicle ordering administrator with adhoc admin duties
  • Support the wider team with administration on fleet projects
  • Assist with telephone queries and requests through resource mailboxes

Person Specification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
  • Knowledge/ understanding of Outlook, Excel & Microsoft word
  • Punctual and self motivated
