You will provide a highly professional level of service to our customers. Providing support and completing investigations to queries, appeals and vehicle administration. You will use your customer service skills to expertly handle queries whilst collaborating with all relevant parties and suppliers to resolve and ensure that appropriate action is taken on behalf of the customer and the business. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance our service offering.
Qualifications and Experience
You should have:
Experience working with Fleetware desirable
Experience working in a customer delivery role
A sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
A good level of numerical understanding and accuracy
Knowledge of FCA Requirements
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Use to dealing with high volumes.
Being able to deal with difficult customers
