We have an exciting opportunity for a FINANCE ASSISTANT based in Warrington.
The role is initially 6 months with probable extension.
The Company Accounts Department maintains accurate records of money due and received, maintaining appropriate financial controls.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for:
Maintenance of Financial Trackers in an accurate and timely manner.
Invoicing Tracker produced and reconciled.
Sales invoices raised and issued.
Issuing Invitations to Invoice to Partners.
Checking CEMAR for payment information.
Incoming invoices from Subcontractors to be recorded and paid.
Partner payments recorded.
Progressing outstanding / unpaid / missing amounts.
Liaising with Cost Engineers to resolve queries and discrepancies.
Saving various documents to Sharepoint e.g. VCs, Invoices etc.
We are looking for at least 2 years relevant experience in an Accounting / Project Control environment and for a Candidate who can demonstrate good communication and organisational skills.
You will be working as part of a team to deliver a quality service.
