An opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Project Coordinator to join the team with our prestigious client
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To assist with researching, planning and managing Facilities capital projects from concept to customer hand-over.
Attend Facilities Project Management team shift start meetings.
Attend meetings with customer sponsors to understand requirements.
Carrying out building/installation sites surveys
Research, planning, justification and process Capex to approval
Contractor selection and process purchase orders
Processing contractor documentation to authorise on site working
Reviewing and approving contractor RAMS
Managing contractor's safe working on site and HSE documentation
Managing finished build, installation, test, training and customer hand-over.
Health Safety & Environmental awareness
Construction or manufacturing or Engineering background experience.
