Facilities Management Specialist
Morson have an exciting vacancy for a Facilities Management Specialist based in Lossiemouth for one of our Aerospace and Defence Clients.
Key Job Accountabilities Include:
- Manages facility operations, property planning and project administration, and facilities provisioning
- Operations management and compliance, business support services for multiple delegated business activities such as HR Services, Global Real Estate, Facilities & Asset Management, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Indirect Supply Chain
- Responsible for making sure that the facilities management contractor is fully mobilised
- Oversight and management of Facilities Management contractor activities including supplier performance management
- Partner with relevant internal organisations to evaluate facilities management contractor proposals to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Monitoring and coordinating project implementation activities to ensure cost, schedule and regulatory requirements are met
